Lead times differ based on the type of product and complexity of the order. Our standard lead times range from 2 – 3 weeks post payment of advance. Delivery timelines are additional.
All our products are custom made for our clients. We don’t hold any inventory or standard sizes. Our prices depend on the dimensions, quantity and design of your packaging. We need this information to calculate raw material costs and printing methods in order to help you with an accurate quote.
If we have inventory of existing samples, we will share the same with the client. We can also make them custom samples which will give them a feel of their final product.
We do not have a physical office space. We work with a vendor network across India to manufacture and execute our products. We will work with a vendor closest to your delivery location in order to reduce transportation costs, timelines, as well as your company’s carbon footprint.
Our raw materials are composed of recycled/renewable/organic fibers. Each material has a construction certificate proving its authenticity. We use only recycled materials to ensure the lifetime of waste is extended to its maximum utility. We also optimise space in terms of your packaging to reduce weight and wastage of materials, and use toxin free inks to print the packaging.
The Mend works with third party delivery companies to ship your orders. If your company has an affiliation with a logistics company you prefer using, we are happy to work through them! We charge you as per actuals for the same.

The Mend doesn’t hold any inventory as all our products are custom made to our clients. We have MOQs in place to prevent wastage and raw material costs. However, we can evaluate the same on a case-by-case basis to see if we can reduce the MOQ for certain situations.

Industrial composting can deal with a broader range of compostable products and operates in a highly controlled setting with specific temperatures and conditions. Industrial composting is able to apply a far higher temperature to the already pre-processed packaging material. The high heat breaks the packaging down even further, hastening the decomposition.
