Overview

Corrugated boxes are sturdy packaging solutions made from recycled dry waste and are further recyclable and biodegradable. They are primarily used as a logistics and shipping option as they are made to endure a high level of wear and tear. They are additionally used as primary packaging solutions, especially in the instances of custom apparel and consumer electronic boxes. Corrugated boxes are available in multiple styles with different closure, opening and locking options to suit your needs. They can be printed in different styles to ensure the design outcome is to your brand’s expectations. These boxes can be combined with corrugated or paperboard inserts to ensure the product remains in place, and/or can be filled with shredded paper or corrugated fillers to reduce negative space in the box, as well as to provide your product with extra protection during transit. With our product packaging design services, we can ensure the best aesthetic for your box and ensure it lives up to its versatility as a primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging option across all industries.

Natural colour

Corrugated boxes come with a brown kraft liner naturally. On a brown liner, there can only be a 1-2 colour print directly on the box. In case you would like a multi-color print there can be a white liner added to the outside or inside of the box and your design can be printed in its entirety.

Thickness

2-3-5-7 ply options are available in a variety of GSMs. Given the use case of your product, we can recommend the thickness and ply for your product. Fluting also plays a role in the thickness and weight of the box and it is available in thickness’ ranges from A to G with A being the thickest.

Special effects

Foiling options in silver, gold and holographic are possible.

Lamination

We avoid plastic laminations and use biodegradable aqua coatings and varnishes instead to protect the print and durability of the boxes while maintaining the biodegradability of the box.

Industrially compostable

Industrial composting can deal with a broader range of compostable products and operates in a highly controlled setting with specific temperatures and conditions. Industrial composting is able to apply a far higher temperature to the already pre-processed packaging material. The high heat breaks the packaging down even further, hastening the decomposition.
